Our History

Westmeat began as a boutique West Coast butchery owned by local industry legend Jack Ferguson. Today, it retains Jack’s passion and personal approach to customers but it’s backed by the procurement strength of ANZCO Foods, one of New Zealand’s leading meat processors and exporters.
